Aloha!
I am a Punahou graduate, class of 1996. I attended college on the East coast and earned my Bachelor’s in English and East Asian Studies. I received my Master’s in Creative Writing in Boston. I have extensive experience with the publishing world as well as five solid years of teaching experience (grades 6-12). I am an avid world traveller and enjoy sharing my global experiences with others through my writing. I am currently working on a book-length memoir and submitting my other writing (poetry, fiction, articles) for publication.
I created “A Place to Write” so folks young and old can have a place to express themselves and meet like-minded individuals. I believe writing offers the best kind of clarity and therapy. I enjoy helping others and watching writers help each other. My hope is that “A Place to Write” can be a sanctuary for all of the thoughtful and passionate people in this world.
